It differs depending on your weight loss phase. During the Active Phase, you will generally visit the center on a weekly basis. Once you have reached your weight loss goal and transitioned into our Maintenance Phase, you will visit the center on a weekly or bi monthly basis.

Although your Primary Care Physician may be able to prescribe medication to help you lose weight, prescription medication is only one element of a successful weight loss program and may not be for everyone. The Marin Weight Loss and Wellness Center provides individual counseling, educational tools and techniques, and the medical expertise needed to help you reach your weight loss and wellness goals for a lifetime.

Recent lab and EKG conducted by your Primary Care Physician are acceptable. In order for us to receive this information, you will be asked to sign a release form during your first visit. We will conduct a physical exam as part of your program.
