Live, virtual group coaching is a wonderful opportunity to learn, access support and develop community. Cassale Sherriff is currently leading groups in weight loss, mindful eating and mindfulness meditation.
Cassale Sherriff, motivational coach, nutritionist, exercise physiologist and meditation teacher, will be your guide. Cassale has a holistic approach to weight loss and wellness, with a firm belief that when we start nourishing ourselves in all parts of our life, personal, emotional, physical and spiritual, we can come back to balance, with restored confidence and renewed energy.
Group programs allow for continued support, providing a platform for personal growth, a place to share your experience and rest in the spaciousness of community.

A Mindfulness meditation group is a wonderful way of connecting with others to share and deepen your meditation practice. Each of our evenings together begins with a guided or silent sitting meditation, followed by a short check-in from each member , an open time for sharing joys, difficulties, and questions about your meditation practice and how it is working (or not) in your daily life. The group then closes with a short sitting or loving-kindness meditation as a way to foster a greater sense of connection to each other and to the world.
