How does insurance reimbursement work?

Membership program reimbursement comes directly from your insurer:
You will be required to pay for your package of visits at the time of service, and you may receive reimbursement directly from your insurer. We cannot guarantee your exact coverage amount individual policies, deductibles, co-pays, and diagnoses may vary.  All claims are subject to your plan deductible.  Please check your plan benefits for more information.

How much of my Medical Weight Loss Membership is covered?
Specific reimbursement for the program is subject to your insurance plan, but many eligible PPO plans cover an average of 60% of the Weight Loss program cost. 

Use FSA or HSA funds for Weight Loss Program Costs?
YES! Your Marin Weight Loss & Wellness visits are qualified medical expenses and can be paid for using a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Saving Account (HSA) with pre-taxed dollars. We can help you understand all your options and provide you with the necessary documentation to file your claim or you can pay with your card.
